Group 1

Spelling words:an, bad, can,doll, add, duck, pack
Vocabulary words: away, every, call, hear, come, said
Student will practice to blend  words with short a , -ck and double consonants. 
Read the Story Run, Run, Run and answer the questions
Review adjectives.
Read the fable Jack and the Wolf and discuss the characters and setting of the story.
Learn about adjectives that describe color..
Review Synonyms.
Group 2
Spelling words: dish, than, chest, such, thin, push,chat,wheel, ship, whale
vocabulary: beware, damage, bend, flash, pounding, prevent, reach, equal
Model and practice  consonant digraphs  th, ch, sh, wh, tch ph.
Read the story Keeping Safe In Storm and answer the question in write in reader. 
Review Proper nouns as nouns that name special people and places and that all proper nouns begins with capital letters.
We will discuss about the types of weather we are familiar with and Read about some of the dangerous weather in the informational text Super Storms.While we read we look for the main idea and details and answer the essential questions how some storms are dangerous.
student will identify the subjects and action verbs in the past time.
Writing": Turkey story

Group 3-
Spelling words: math, toast, easy, socks, Friday, stuff, paid, final, tiny, decide Bonus:each, holiday
Vocabulary words:twitch, swoops, squeak, echoes, detail, slithers, dozes, snuggles
Students will learn to Decode, read, spell multi syllable CVC words.
Review spelling and vocabulary words and their  meanings.
Read the story Owls in Write in Reader and find the meanings of vocabulary words and answer the questions..
.Discuss the topic Mammals and how they are important and what special features they have.
Students will learn that a narrative Non Fiction gives information in the form of a story.We will read together the NF Bat Loves The Night.While we read we look for information like what makes bats interesting and useful.
