Review nouns
Identify and use possessive nouns
Read the read the fantasy story Curious George At School and discuss the characters, setting and events in the story. .

Group 2
Spelling words:test, skin, drag, glide, just, stage,strike, club,trust, skip

Vocabulary words:wonderful, noises, quiet, sprinkled, share, noticed, bursting, suddenly
Model and practice consonant blend words.
We will  read the realistic fiction Teacher's Pets and  and discuss the characters, setting and events in the story. 
Learn that singular nouns name one thing and plural nouns name more than one thing.
Review the different kinds of sentences.

Group 3-
spelling words:tea, treat, afraid, leave, bait, screen, speed,stain, players,greedy Bonus:explain, paint
Vocabulary:afford, customers, contacted, earn, figure, block, spreading
Pracrice words with long a, ai, ay and long e ee,ea
Review spelling and vocabulary words and their  meanings.

Students will read the  story Destiny's Gift.We will discuss the key details that the authors use to let the readers know about how the characters deal with a problem.We will discuss about the message in the story.( by working together we can create a better community).
